HitTime on your phone

Choose your device. On Android you can install the full APK app. On iPhone, until the native app is ready, you can add HitTime to your Home Screen and launch it almost like a regular app.

Android

Install the standalone HitTime app. Rooms, your account and game history are shared with the web version.

  1. Tap “Download APK” and open the downloaded file.
  2. If Android asks for permission, enable “Allow from this source” for the browser you used to download the file.
  3. Confirm installation of HitTime.
  4. When a new version is released, the app checks for updates on launch and will offer the new version.
If an older test build of HitTime is already installed and Android reports a package conflict, uninstall that old test build once and install this version. Future production releases will update over it.

iPhone

The App Store version is still being prepared. You can already add HitTime to the iPhone Home Screen and open it without a normal Safari tab.

  1. Open hittime.online in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button in Safari.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add.
  5. A HitTime icon will appear on your iPhone. Launch the game from it like a standalone app.
It is best to add HitTime to the Home Screen before starting a game. It will then open in its own window without Safari's address bar getting in the way.
