How to request deletion
Email hello@coredynstudio.com from the address used for your HitTime account. Use the subject “Delete HitTime account” and include your player name. Do not send your password. If you no longer have access to that email, tell us so we can arrange another way to verify ownership.
What happens next
CoreDyn Studio will verify account ownership and process your request. Account deletion covers associated personal data: your email address, name and profile image, sign-in data, friend connections and notification subscriptions. Game records involving other players may be anonymised instead of removed.
If any data must be retained for legal obligations or abuse prevention, we will explain which data, why and for how long. Opening the email draft does not submit a request: send it from your email app.
