Privacy Policy

How HitTime handles data in the web version and mobile app.

1. Data we process

HitTime can be used without registration. If you create an account, we may store your name or nickname, email address, encrypted sign-in credentials, profile photo, account creation date and profile settings.

During gameplay we process the information needed to operate rooms and statistics, including player name, game participation, results, wins, round actions and completed-game history associated with an account.

For rankings and general analytics, HitTime may determine an approximate country from the network address of a request. Account users may also manually choose the country displayed in the ranking. HitTime does not request precise GPS location.

Our servers and infrastructure providers may automatically receive standard connection data such as IP address, request time, browser or app type, and other technical information needed for security, diagnostics and service delivery.

2. How we use data

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell users' personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email-delivery and network-protection providers only as needed to operate HitTime.

Some music previews may be loaded directly from external media services or CDNs. When this happens, your device connects to that provider and the provider may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and technical request headers.

4. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide HitTime features, comply with applicable law, prevent abuse and preserve the integrity of game statistics. Access to data is limited using technical and organisational safeguards.

5. Your rights and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data associated with your account. To make a request, contact the HitTime operator through CoreDyn Studio at coredynstudio.com. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.

6. Children

HitTime is not specifically directed at young children and does not ask users to provide a date of birth. If you believe personal data of a child has been provided without the required basis or consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when HitTime features or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.

8. Operator

HitTime is a CoreDyn Studio project. Privacy questions can be submitted through the CoreDyn Studio website.
